Construction of sexual health care training program for cervical cancer patients

Objective To construct a training program of sexual health care for patients with cervical cancer for gynecological oncology nurses,and provide references for the theoretical research and clinical practice of improving the sexual health care ability of gynecological oncology nurses for patients with cervical cancer. Methods Based on literature review and qualitative interview,the first draft of a letter inquiring about the training program of sexual health care on cervical cancer patients for gynecological oncology nurses was formulated. From September to December 2020,15 gynecological oncology medical experts,gynecological oncology nursing experts and sexual science experts from 4 provinces and cities of Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Jilin Province were interviewed by Delphi experts for 2 rounds to formulate the training program of sexual health care on cervical cancer patients for gynecological oncology nurses. Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert consultations were 93.75% and 100%. The authority coefficients of the authority coefficients were 0.843 and 0.853.The Kendall’ W was 0.429 and 0.326. The coefficient of variation of items in the second round was 0~0.115,and the full score rate is 20%~100%.The constructed training program of sexual health care on cervical cancer patients for gynecological oncology nurses consists of 3 parts,among which the training content includes 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,48 third-level indicators,and 6 training methods and 6 assessment methods. Conclusion The process of constructing training program of sexual health care on cervical cancer patients for gynecological oncology nurses is authentic and reliable,with distinctive specialty features,various training methods and assessment methods,which can meet the needs of sexual health care training for gynecological oncology nurses,and can promote the scientific and standardized development of sexual health care.

Efficacy of group narrative career construction guidance on male nurses

Objective To provide a new way of career construction guidance to the administrators of hospital to improve professional career development of male nurses,through the way of group narrative career construction guidance.Methods From February to March,2021,we chose 42 male nurses in a tertiary hospital for a 3-week intensive career planning narrative group counseling. After the intensive counseling,post-supervision was provided by the head nurse and the nursing department. The nursing career planning questionnaire and nursing career management questionnaire were filled in the week before the training and in the post-supervision of the nursing department to evaluate our training effect.Results After the intervention,career construction,career goals and strategies,willingness to continue education,self-presentation,career management and training,senior career information gathering and willingness to dedicate into organizational development were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of career relationships and the fairness of promotion were not significantly improved(P>0.05).Conclusion Group narrative career construction guidance can improve the ability of career construct and management of male nurses,and further promote their career development. However,it has no obvious effect on the improvement of career relationship and promotion of fairness perception.

Nursing care of patients with deep ulcer of extremities after cobra injury repaired with skin flaps

This article summarized the perioperative nursing experience of 21 patients with free anterolateral femoral perforating flap in repairing deep ulcer of limbs caused by cobra injury. Nursing key points included:before surgery,adequate wound preparation,ultrasound positioning of blood vessels in the donor site,and effective closed drainage with negative pressure,and psychological care;during surgery,pay attention to temperature monitoring and blood pressure control,accurately cooperate for anastomosis of arteries and veins,and prevention of intraoperative arterial crisis;after surgery,pay attention to nursing care of skin flaps,observation of blood supply of flaps,prevention and timely management of vascular crisis of flaps,regulated usage of sensitive antibiotics during all procedures,and early rehabilitation training. There were no necrosis or partial necrosis of the skin flap in 21 patients.Perioperative precise nursing is an important guarantee for the success of free anterolateral femoral perforating flap in repairing the deep ulcer of limbs caused by cobra injury.

Evidence summary of management of nutrition support for adult patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To retrieve,appraise and synthesize the best available evidence on management of nutrition support in adult patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT). Methods Websites of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Medline,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,the National Guideline Clearinghouse,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence,BMJ Best Practice,International Practice Guideline Registry Platform(Chinese)and Clinicalkey were searched to collect literatures. Results Seven articles including 4 clinical practice guidelines,1 evidence summary,and 2 systematic reviews. A total of 20 items of best evidence were summarized regarding 6 aspects,which were nutrition screening and assessment,dietary counseling and nutrition education,enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition,nutrition selection,nutrition support for patients with graft-versus-host disease(GVHD),efficacy evaluation and follow-up of nutrition support. Conclusion Nursing staff should pay attention to nutrition management of patients underwent HSCT. Available best evidence of nutrition screening and nutrition support therapy are recommended to use according to characteristics of the hospital and clinical environment and patients' preference,in order to improve malnutrition and reduce negative clinical outcomes due to long-term malnutrition.
